Job Description
Our ANZ business can provide a comprehensive portfolio of multidisciplinary engineering skills, with our structural engineers playing a leading and influential role in the development of civil infrastructure projects. We’re currently engaged in a vast array of projects with bridges and civil structures from world class rail, highways, transportation, and water projects.
We are looking for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our team in Melbourne.
How you’ll make a difference:
Contribute to the design of new structures from initial concept through to final delivery.
Undertake assessments of existing structures, including on-site inspections and structural analysis.
Support the planning and coordination of tasks and resources within structural schemes.
Assist in delivering projects across various stages, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with standards.

Qualifications
Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027.
Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
