Your tasks

Maintenance, inspection and repair of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems of operating and production facilities

Manufacture of workpieces and components taking into account relevant standards and regulations

Operation of computer-aided (CNC) machines for production

Application of various welding processes (TIG 141, MAG 135, E 111, etc.)

Assembly and disassembly of components, machines, devices and systems 

Your profile

Remuneration and benefits:  The collective agreement apprentice salary (14x pa) is:

1st year of apprenticeship € 1,000.00 gross 

2nd year of apprenticeship € 1,182.65 gross 

3rd year of apprenticeship € 1,546.13 gross 

4th year of apprenticeship € 2,028.95 gross   

(from November 1, 2023)

Start of apprenticeship:  September 2025

Duration of apprenticeship:  3.5 years

Place of work:  Kindberg

In the first two years of your apprenticeship you will be trained in the training workshop of voestalpine Böhler Edelstahl GmbH & Co KG in Kapfenberg, and from the third year onwards on-site in Kindberg.
