Structural Engineer (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services Inc.; Bellevue, WA): Perform bridge and structural engineering analysis, develop designs, and execute geometry calculations. Develop drawings and assist with structural condition inspections and reports. Prepare plans, specifications, structural analysis, design calculations, and load ratings for DOT and Municipal clients. Prepare engineering reports and technical studies. Assist with construction phase design services and field work for bridge projects. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). Salary range is $131,373 - $155,500 per year. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, & work location. #LI-DNI #GTM
Bonus: Individuals in this position may be paid a discretionary bonus.
Requirements:
Must have a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience; OR a master's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Bridge engineering and structural design; CSiBridge, SAP2000, WSDOT PGSuper, WSDOT BRIDGE, Lpile, Column, MicroStation, and AutoCAD; and AASHTO LRFD, WSDOT BDM, WSDOT Standard Specs, AASHTO Seismic Guide Specs, and FHWA Seismic Retrofit Manual.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Engineering Projects with Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
Must have an active U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days a week.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
Benefits Summary: Regular full-time and part-time employees (working at least 20 hours per week) have access to medical, dental, and vision plans, a wellness program, health saving accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase program, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term/long-term disability plans, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage and paid family leave.
