Context
Seeking a motivated Site Electrical Junior Engineer to support our engineering and construction electrical team. The role includes assisting senior engineers, preparing technical documentation, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards.
Missions/Main Duties
Assist senior consultant engineers in daily site supervision of electrical works.
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards.
• Review and comment on shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFI responses.
• Conduct site inspections for electrical installations, testing, and commissioning works.
• Prepare daily site reports, documentation, and progress records.
• Coordinate with contractors, main consultant team, and other disciplines on-site.
• Verify quantities, BOQs, and site measurements when required.
• Support the enforcement of safety rules and ensure safe practices during site work.
• Assist in resolving site issues and reporting non-conformities.
Profile/Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of LV/MV systems, MEP coordination, and construction workflows.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand site installation requirements.
• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work full-time on construction sites.
