What you will do

The candidate will be part of the team responsible for product development and sustenance of JCI Global products.

He/she will have the skill sets that will meet the job demands for this year’s projects. The candidate must possess the ability to self‐start with limited guidance. The candidate will work alongside with other engineering teams, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, and IT related personnel. This individual to hold meetings regularly to update activities and milestones.

The primary focus for this candidate will be design & development of electrical control panels, design of electrical system, load calculation, feature application and design review

Ensuring quality and timeliness design release of the product development and manufacturing drawings for control panels for self and other team members.

How you will do it

The candidate will help the Project Electrical Engineer with preparations and guides of:

Design & Development of electrical control panels, wire harness, select electrical equipment with load calculation and sizes

Application wise panel building & selection of equipment with UL standard. < >Create load list for complete panel, application engineering. A creative flair and design ability as per application. Analyze the power circuits, MCC, VFD, Controllers, overload relays, Junction boxes. Follow standard procedures and practices for engineering works. Preferred < >Knowledge of electrical equipment selection and finalize for panel building. Design and development of electrical control panel and enclosures as per manufacturing needs. Have design knowledge of various equipment’s selection like Disconnect switches, power terminal blocks, Fuses, MCB, Controllers, VFD, Application engineering. 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical design, selection of panel equipment as per regulatory standard. Experience with BOM structure, engineering change process, AutoCAD, Creo tool, etc. Proven experience as team leading, Strong communication skills. BE (Electrical/ Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation) or equivalent
