Peter Basso Associates, Inc., a leading MEP consulting firm, is in search of a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in the design of healthcare facilities to join our team in Troy, MI.

This is a unique opportunity for a qualified candidate with a desire to step into a leadership position within our organization. You will work alongside our healthcare market leader to manage our electrical engineering team in our healthcare group and help maintain and develop key client relationships.

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or architectural engineering from an accredited university
  • 10+ years of experience at an MEP or A/E Firm with recent experience in the design of healthcare facilities (Hospitals, ASC, outpatient, and medical research facilities). (Candidates with less experience may be considered if they are exceptional, highly motivated, and embrace our culture)
  • Professional Engineering License is preferred (Consideration will be given to individuals with demonstrated experience and otherwise possessing the skills and ambition for the position)
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software 
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
