Your role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer in our eclectic, pragmatic and passionate QLD Transmission and Distribution team, you'll guide purposeful work that supports the future of the energy sector. Collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you’ll explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world.

What you’ll be doing

• Empowering energy transformation – support clients in developing power generation, energy storage, and transmission and distribution design projects
• Collaborating across disciplines – work closely with a range of experts to explore creative solutions to system needs
• Providing insights with care – share well-informed guidance that supports confident, inclusive decision-making
• Supporting renewable progress – contribute to clean energy projects including storage, solar, and wind to help decarbonize communities
• Improving systems mindfully – use thoughtful techniques to understand performance and identify areas for positive change

What you’ll bring

You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking. You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds meaningful connections, and is motivated by purposeful work. You’ll also have:
• A relevant engineering degree and experience in Electrical Engineering

• Have obtained or have the ability to obtain RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer Queensland) qualifications
• A strong ability to shape thoughtful, effective solutions in energy or infrastructure
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people
• A willingness to question the status quo and offer new perspectives
