You can move this:
• You act as the contact person and interface for the technical, sales, and production departments, as well as for our customers, particularly regarding customer complaints and change management.
• You evaluate incoming complaints and are responsible for the process.
• Independently conducting process and error analysis meetings is part of your daily routine.
• You create technical investigation reports for customers, monitor and coordinate the resulting measures
. • You enjoy preparing and conducting internal, external, and TÜV audits.
• You monitor change processes and ensure that changes in production processes do not affect product quality.
• Documenting complaints and changes in the respective systems is second nature to you.
• You contribute to the further development of the complaint and change management process.
You bring the following:
• Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the medical technology sector, preferably in quality management
• Sound knowledge of ISO 13485 is an advantage
• Experience in handling customer complaints and/or change management
• Proficient in various problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, or fault tree analysis
• Experience in preparing and conducting audits is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as a high degree of customer focus, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Analytical thinking, reliability, efficient work style, assertiveness, and high flexibility
