Meet your team

You are part of the Services team within the Service Sales & Retail department of Volvo Trucks Belux.

Your ideal job?

You provide technical support to the dealer network with:

support in resolving complex technical problems

assistance with the introduction of new technologies – diagnostic tools – software

on-site diagnosis and follow-up in collaboration with the Field Service Engineer colleague

You identify/publish technical problems and proposed solutions

You organize and provide specialized training

You act as a technical expert in the field of e-mobility and alternative fuels/transmissions/heavy goods vehicle technical field.

Are we meant for each other?

Preferably a master's or bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Good communication skills in French, Dutch, and English, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites and PC skills.

Sense of administration and willingness to continue training

Technical knowledge of trucks is required

A CE driving licence is an asset

The HEV2 certificate is a plus
