Project Leader Electrical Engineering

We are looking for a Project Leader in Electrical Engineering to join our Building & Property team, helping us continue to make a positive impact for our clients.

Within Building & Property, we undertake both multidisciplinary projects and projects within individual disciplines for our clients, acting as close partners all the way from the concept stage to the management of various types of properties. We offer expert knowledge with a holistic perspective on our clients' needs and provide services in areas such as Construction Technology, HVAC and Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, and Project Management.

Your main tasks will include:

• Driving and leading the department's customer order projects, ensuring high quality in our deliveries.
• Acting as the contact person for clients in projects concentrated in the construction technology discipline.
• Guiding and collaborating with both national and international colleagues in various forums.
• Contributing to the development of the department's market and business.
• Collaborating with colleagues within Electrical Engineering and other disciplines to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications:

The first step to success in this role is enjoying collaboration with those around you, whether they are colleagues, partners, or clients. You build relationships by acting respectfully and keeping your promises. You don't get stuck in old patterns but continue to explore new insights and ways to improve.

Additionally, you have:

• Education in electrical engineering at a minimum high school level, and preferably 10 years of experience as a consultant or longer experience on the contracting side combined with a few years of consulting experience.
• A natural drive and ease in collaborating with both clients and colleagues.
• A goal-oriented personality with an interest in project management.
• It is also important that you are flexible, have a strong focus on client goals, and can express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English.
