  • Developing and managing make-or-buy analyses to optimize project QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery).

  • Preparing CAPEX requests and managing investment programs.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety, EHS, and quality standards in all industrial processes.

  • Setting up industrial targets and managing performance improvement plans.

  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives and deploying lean manufacturing practices.

  • Developing the skills of the industrial team to meet project requirements.

  • Delivering the industrial QCD budget.

  • Familiarity with implementing and managing Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems.

  • Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Fluency in the local language and English.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • A team-player mindset with a spirit of "Team Trust Action."
