The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

We are currently looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer of Manufacturing to join our team. This position will be based in our Roebuck, SC plant. A successful employee will be responsible for reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information. 

You will make an impact by having the following basic qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• B.S. or greater in Industrial Engineering or related field 
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment as an Industrial Engineer. 
• Completion of relevant projects to improve safety, quality, delivery reliability and cost in a manufacturing environment 
• Lean manufacturing techniques 
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis 
• AutoCAD, Techno Matics or similar 

You’ll make an impact by:

Responsibilities

• Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste. 
• Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades. 
• Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues. 
• Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs. 
• Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements. 
• Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals. 
• Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.
