A respected, multi-disciplinary consultancy based close to Sheffield is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join its expanding workforce. Key Responsibilities of this Geotechnical Engineer role:

• Carrying out ground investigations on site

• Monitoring soil gas and groundwater conditions

• Undertaking contaminated land risk assessments

• Producing Phase 1 desk-based assessments

• Writing detailed factual and interpretative reports

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant experience within geotechnical engineering or geo-environmental roles

• Degree in geology, geoscience, environmental science, earth science, or a related discipline

• Full UK driving license

• Must be located in or near Sheffield

• Full right to work in the UK
