Remuneration and benefits: The collective agreement apprentice salary (14 times pa) is:

1st year of apprenticeship € 1,050.00 gross 

2nd year of apprenticeship € 1,270.00 gross 

3rd year of apprenticeship € 1,625.00 gross 

4th year of apprenticeship € 2,110.00 gross

Duration of apprenticeship:  3.5 years

In the first two years of your apprenticeship you will be trained in the training workshop of voestalpine Böhler Edelstahl GmbH & Co KG in Kapfenberg, and from the third year onwards on-site in Kindberg.
