Who You Are

You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or Environmental preferred), Construction Management, Project Management or Data Science is preferred

You have 2+ years of professional experience

You have a background in Project Management, Engineering (preferably environmental, construction, civil), and Data management/analysis is a plus

What You'll Do

You will support the Water Testing Program by:

Responding promptly to inquiries related to the water quality’s water testing program

Coordinating and execute water testing activities, ensuring accurate and timely results

Implementing and maintaining quality control measures for water testing processes

Work on Logistics and Operations Management by:

Overseeing the Water Testing Kit team, providing guidance and support for efficient operations

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize logistics processes with USPS

You will work on Print Publications through:

Working closely with the Division of Water Quality to prepare various print publications, including the Yearly Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), flyers, door hangers, surveys, and reports

Ensuring that print materials effectively communicate water quality information to diverse audiences

Collaborating on the design, layout, and content creation for accurate and engaging publications

You will work on Website Design and Development:

Designing and developing specific sections of org to enhance user experience and accessibility

Collaborating with web development teams to implement updates and improvements

Ensuring that the website content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals 

You will assist with Water Quality Management:

Assisting in managing critical water quality aspects, including responding to boil orders, conducting water quality checks, and assessing high-risk facilities

Collaborating with relevant departments to address and resolve water quality issues promptly

Starting salary is between $80,000 – $140,000 based on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants based on relevant years of experience.
