Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Work with client/business owner/product owner to gather the requirement/pain point and do feasibility assessment related to responsible application.
· Perform impact analysis to define appropriate solutions and request approval.
· Prepare man-days effort and cost estimation related to impact responsible application.
· Perform individual project components within development lifecycle including document, design, implement, testing, knowledge sharing, deploying and maintenance.
· Planning and tracking tasks related to responsible application to achieve the target and avoid delay plan.
· Diagnose application problem to find root cause, provide solution and resolve it.
· Prepare log & monitoring to ensure application availability and to assess the impact of state transformations on performance.
· Collaborate with team members, provide each other with technical insight and quality of work.
· Collaborate with the other teams by open communication and avoid conflict.
· Awareness and follow SLA agreement in all processes.
