Developing requirements based on reference documents, standards, certification, safety, platform, and customer needs
Defining HV architecture, operational modes, and functionalities
Writing subsystem specifications and architecture descriptions
Driving technical relationships with suppliers and managing QCD commitments
Defining and performing train verification strategies in collaboration with engineering, certification, and validation teams
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Over 8 years of experience in product engineering
Experience or understanding of system engineering and subsystem integration
Knowledge of HV architecture and operational modes
Familiarity with technical purchasing specifications and supplier management
A strong command of English and excellent communication skills

Progress towards roles such as Technical Project Manager or Senior System Engineer
Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognizes your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)
You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
