Description

Could you be the full-time Supplier Quality (SQE) Serial Life Engineer in Chorzów we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our supplier-delivered products and driving continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Industrial, Manufacturing, and Suppliers), lead non-conformity management, and implement corrective and preventive action plans, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing non-conformities and supplier performance but also contribute to inspection processes and supplier improvement roadmaps.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing day-to-day non-conformities, informing suppliers, and ensuring replacement of defective parts
Animating treatment plans to meet Non-Conformity Report (NCR) targets
Organizing and overseeing supplier retrofits and quality walls, if needed
Securing supplier containment actions to support manufacturing lines
Setting up and managing supplier improvement roadmaps for underperforming suppliers
Conducting reviews and supplier site visits to ensure control plan sustainability
Overseeing the inspection of low-critical parts and contributing to Return of Experience (REX) analysis
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Degree in Engineering or a related field
Awareness of processes and products delivered in industrial or manufacturing projects
Experience or understanding of supplier quality management, non-conformities, and continuous improvement
Knowledge of quality standards and supplier performance metrics
Familiarity with managing corrective and preventive action plans
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Things you’ll enjoy
Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:
Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
Work with innovative quality management processes
Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues
Contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of mobility
Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment
Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning
Progress towards leadership roles or specialized career paths
Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical)
You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
