About the role 

We are looking for talented and committed individuals to join our newly formed Marketing Technology Solutions unit! In this role, you will work at the forefront of digital innovation - using HubSpot as a key platform to enhance digital customer experiences and drive smarter marketing strategies.

Responsibilities: 

• Technical development, configuration and maintenance of our HubSpot (Marketing automation, Sales Hub, CMS).
• Data analysis, data modelling, data cleaning and data correction.  
• Pursue efforts to use our customer data platform to enhance segmentation and marketing automation opportunities.  
• Develop testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.  
• Collaborate and work independently to plan, design, and complete backlog items.  
• Suggest and explore new ideas to improve practices and ways of working.  

About you  

To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:  

• A bachelor's or master's degree holder in computer science or another relevant field.  
• +4 years of experience working with digital development and marketing automation.  
• You have a strong experience developing integrations using REST API.
• Experience working with the HubSpot API, NodeJS, JavaScript, and custom code.
• Experience of data analysis, data modelling, data cleaning and data correction.
• HubSpot architecture knowledge.
• Understanding of other software development disciplines like QA, DevOps, and cybersecurity.  
• You are curious and willing to learn.  
• Fluent skills in English, both written and spoken.  
• Knowledge about data platforms (Azure, AWS) and their main tools (Databricks, Data Lake, Data Factory, Delta Lake) is considered an advantage.
