Do you have a passion for delivering innovative and sustainable electrical solutions? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer at Arup. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems across a diverse range of projects, from commercial developments to critical facilities and beyond. Leveraging your expertise in electrical engineering and collaboration, you will help deliver sustainable, high-performing systems that shape a better future.

The Opportunity

• Provide detailed technical input across a broad range of projects within the electrical engineering business.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
• Lead the design and optimization of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, energy management, and sustainable technologies.
• Prepare, oversee, and review project reports for clients, summarizing key issues and offering strategic advice for optimal outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to add value for clients and contribute to initiatives enhancing the team's technical and commercial capabilities

Is this role right for you?

• Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in electrical engineering within a consulting business environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and design tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality solutions.
