Join Arup as a Senior Electrical Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality electrical systems for a diverse range of projects. With the opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams, you will drive excellence in engineering solutions while mentoring junior engineers and fostering strong client relationships.
The Opportunity
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems for commercial, healthcare, and Data Center projects.
• Manage and deliver projects with minimal supervision, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices and industry standards.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
• Take ownership of project finances, budgets, and resources while driving project success.

Is this role right for you?
• Recognized tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, with a strong technical background and proficiency in relevant design software.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor project teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management abilities, including managing budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
• A commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality electrical solutions.
