We are helping our clients meet the challenges faced in countries and cities across the globe, providing innovative solutions from replacing conventional thermal power plants with renewable energy to developing demand side management strategies.  

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with experience in the design of large-scale transmission connected simple cycle or combined cycle power plants to support our North American power generation practice. This role provides the opportunity to work alongside design team members in the United States to produce detailed design documents and perform construction phase engineering services.  

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical engineering design of simple cycle and/or combined cycle gas turbine generation projects 
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Working knowledge of US codes and standards is a plus
• Power system modeling experience using ETAP, SKM Power Tools or similar modeling software
• Protection and Control, SCADA or power system automation experience
