Your tasks

We are seeking a motivated MOE Intern to support ongoing Manufacturing Engineering (MOE) projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment, offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration, technical documentation, and real-world engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support and lead technical projects across multiple operational areas

Provide day-to-day project support to individual MOE team members

Proactively identify improvement potentials and implement optimizations ideas

Assist with the organization and coordination of cross-functional meetings, including:

Meeting scheduling and moderation

Agenda preparation

Action item tracking

Generate, update, and maintain technical documentation.

Collect, organize, and analyze technical information to support continuous improvement initiatives and help troubleshoot problems in different production processes

Your profile

Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in:

Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)

Engineering Technology or similar technical discipline

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with technical documentation or work instructions

Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Interest in process improvement, maintenance, or technical operations

Exposure to SAP or similar systems is a plus (not required)
