We are hiring for 2026

The goal of Hydra Force’s internship program is to develop future engineering resources for our organization while providing support to our Engineering groups. We structure the engineering internship to allow candidates the opportunity to develop knowledge and skill-sets unique to our industry. Project tasks reflect an increasing level of technical complexity based on demonstrated proficiency and success on prior assignments. Although there is no guarantee of employment, it is our goal to have our interns fully capable of stepping into an entry-level engineering position upon graduation.

Tool design

Creo background (3D modeling)

Dimensioning drawings

Testing experiments

Follow a measurement plan

FMEA

Improve layouts of assembly cell

Developing improvements that will help with throughput

Determine methods to eliminate waste

Implementing 5S methodology

Production assembly assistance

Testing assistance

Internship Dates:

May 27, 2026- August 7, 2026

Your profile

Committed to an engineering college undergraduate program

A minimum on 3.0 GPA

Basic proficiency in CAD modeling, preferably in PTC Creo

Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite

Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

Self-directed and motivated

Majors Desired: Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Technology

The US base hourly range for this position will be in between $20- $27/hour depending on the credits accumulated for the undergraduate students. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific hourly range during the interview process.
