The Role

Module & Component Test Execution is a group within the Volvo Group Electromobility Complete Virtual & Physical Verification organization, with the responsibility of providing battery module and component test data to stakeholders within the Energy Storage Engineering design organization. We are looking for a battery verification engineer with a passion for trying out new technologies, continuously improve and in the end contribute to creating better solutions that bring value to our company.

The assignment includes but is not limited to:

•   Battery module testing according to test specification

•   Planning and organizing verification scope regarding test setups and test equipment usage

•   Handling of test data and meta data

•   Test reporting

•   Participation in our continuous improvement work

Testing will be performed both in-house but also at external locations, while travelling may be required from time to time. You will work in different projects, together with more senior members of the team.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

•    Minimum 1 years' experience with battery module testing.

•   Python programming knowledge about

•   Automotive experience.

•   Education level as master’s in engineering.

•   Electromobility engineering work experience
