A highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Software Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test strategies to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle. Your expertise in test automation, performance testing, and agile methodologies will be crucial in delivering robust and scalable software. Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Strategy & Planning

    Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies, ensuring software meets functional and performance requirements.

  • Automated & Manual Testing

    Design, build, and execute automated and manual test cases for web and cloud-based applications, identifying and documenting defects efficiently.

  • Performance & Security Testing

    Conduct performance, load, and security testing to optimize software reliability and scalability, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

  • Collaboration & Agile Development

    Work closely with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers in an agile environment (Scrum, Safe) to integrate quality at every stage of the software development lifecycle.

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation

    Stay updated with emerging testing tools and methodologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation and quality assurance

  • Proficiency in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting languages (C#, Python, Java, JavaScript)

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured)

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
