Your tasks

Electronic Controls Development & Electrical Engineer of HVAC water source systems,

including Design & Testing of Electrical Boxes, Layout, Harnesses, Specifications and

Optimizations of System and Components.

Design electrical box/control systems for Water Source Heat Pumps based on customer and product requirements

Select and specify electrical components such as blowers, motors, relays, contractors in compliance with current or future regulations according to product needs

Design cable harness and routings

Create and update wiring diagrams according to top customer requirements and electrical options

Prepare and perform system testing of products based on their controls requirements

Perform engineering modifications & update drawings & processes for electrical components and controls

Calculate and prepare technical data for the product

Support unit rating, qualification, and reliability testing

Join and contribute product FMEA as a team member

Write test and development reports

Proactively identify and address product design issues that adversely affect production or product operation

Adhere to Safety & Security Protocols

Proactively identify and address product design issues that adversely affect product operation

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering

2+ years of Electronics and System Performance experience

2+ years of Electrical/ Electronic Circuit & System Analysis experience

Understanding and knowledge of HVAC concepts and systems, elector-mechanical and direct digital control

Strong interpersonal skills

Quality awareness and knowledge of quality tools (8D, problem solving, failure rate prognosis, etc.)

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis)

Data Analysis (Excel, Power BI, programming languages, etc.

Ownership to resolve technical problems or prompt response to address issues and escalate as needed

Be a team player within cross function teams, understand multi-discipline needs (engineering, marketing, assembly, logistics, purchasing, etc.
