Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Structural Engineer to join our team in Bukit Damansara, Malaysia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing and analyzing structures for various building projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations.
Assist on structural design projects for a diverse range of buildings and structures
Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving structural analysis and design.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure project success
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and building codes
Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry level engineers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline with CGPA > 3.5.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering, or related discipline
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
Experience working on large and complex projects is preferred
Innovative thinking and ability to develop creative structural solutions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Eta's, Autodesk Robot, Autodesk Structural Bridge Design, SAFE, Staad Pro etc. is preferred.
Experience and skill in parametric modelling and computational design is preferred
