Overview
Epstein is seeking a Civil Site Engineer for the design and plan production of greenfield or brownfield site improvements including parking lots, storm sewer systems, and utilities located throughout the country. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, proactive and will have experience specific to private development. This position requires candidates to design innovative and technically sound solutions in accordance with project requirements and application codes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 0-4 years of successful project experience within a consulting engineering firm
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including 3D surface and pipe design modeling
- Awareness of other disciplines and the interrelationship of the various elements of design
- Strong analytical skills; knowledge of analysis methods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of design standards, plan production procedures, and specifications is preferred

Individual compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant education, experience and training, qualifications, skill sets, licensure/certifications and location. Employees are also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on both company and individual performance. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
