Overview
Epstein is seeking a Civil Site Design Engineer for the design and plan production of greenfield or brownfield site improvement projects including commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use located throughout the country. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, proactive and will have experience specific to private development. This position requires candidates to design innovative and technically sound solutions in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 0-4 years of successful project experience within a consulting engineering firm
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including 3D surface and pipe design modeling
- Awareness of other disciplines and the interrelationship of the various elements of design
- Strong analytical skills; knowledge of analysis methods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of design standards, plan production procedures, and specifications is preferred
Salary and Benefits Information:

Individual compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant education, experience and training, qualifications, skill sets, licensure/certifications and location. Employees are also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on both company and individual performance. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $72,000 annually.
