Your tasks

Work with an international team of engineers and research scientists to deliver AI applications to internal Bosch customers

Communicate with various stakeholders to identify technical and system requirements for machine learning solutions

Design and build scalable data pipelines to integrate machine learning prototypes into production systems

Write, test, and review code, contribute to clearing technical debt, and troubleshoot issues to maintain code quality and system performance

Your profile

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field

4+ years of professional software development experience working on a machine learning product in Python

Expertise in using distributed data processing tools and frameworks like Spark, Kafka, Databricks, etc.

Experience using cloud services like Azure or AWS

Experience integrating big data analytics applications using tabular or time-series data into production systems

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field

5+ years of professional software development experience working on a machine learning product

Experience integrating machine learning pipelines into production systems

Experience working with AI researchers

Industry experience in manufacturing or automotive is a plus

We offer a competitive base salary for this position with a range in US-California of --$160,000 - $200,000 along with an annual corporate bonus, and a long-term incentive bonus designed to reward sustained impact and contribution over time. Within the salary range, the individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
