What will you be doing day to day?

• Developing computational models to analyze and assess structural behavior of new and existing structures

• The design of structures across numerous material types such as Concrete, Steel and Timber

• The production of calculations, specifications, and drawings to ensure that technical designs provide appropriate solutions

• Contribution to structural design requirements from Concept through to Construction phases of project delivery

• Support specific projects by assisting with document co-ordination and report writing

• Site investigations and feasibility studies for proposed projects

• Contribute to a multidisciplinary design approach, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Including: Other Engineers, Clients, Architects and Contractors

Qualifications

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Structural Engineering or Civil engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering

• Passion for learning and problem-solving

• Australian Citizen, PR or NZ Citizen

• Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years post-graduation
