Akrapovič has used its engineering excellence to produce a new high-tech Slip-On Line exhaust system for the latest McLaren Supercar.

The McLaren 650S and 650S Spider is a twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 and one of the finest driver’s supercars in the world, and adding the new Akrapovič exhaust system will take this car to even greater heights.

The Akrapovič Slip-On Line exhaust is made entirely from special durable and heat-resistant titanium alloy and has been developed to fully unleash the true performance potential of the McLaren. Designed to improve torque and power right across the rev range, the Akrapovič engineers have also used their technical expertise to save weight—the Akrapovič Slip-On Line exhaust system saves over 5 kg (11.7 lbs)—as well as lowering the center of gravity to improve handling and control even more on this superb machine.

The 650S and 650S Spider with the Akrapovič Slip-On Line exhaust system delivers a deeper sound at lower revs, rising to an addictive racing tone as the car moves further up the performance scale. Specially tuned in-house, every element of the system was designed for maximum sound output and offers everything needed for great cabin comfort and to make the V8 sing out for true car enthusiasts to enjoy the aural assault.

Allied to the beautifully crafted titanium tubing are state-of-the-art high carbon-fibre tailpipes, which are sure to let everyone know that this is no ordinary McLaren. With full-fitting instructions in a thorough and in-depth mounting manual, the Slip-On Line exhaust system for the 650S and 650S Spider can be self-installed or fitted by an approved dealer.

The McLaren 650S and 650S Spider already produces incredible power, torque, and enjoyment from its V8 engine, and adding an Akrapovič exhaust will take it to even higher levels.
