The elevation has reached to a height of 502m.

China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co. Ltd. (CSCEC 3rd Bureau) has recently completed the concrete casting of the 101st floor of the main tower core tube of Tianjin Goldin Finance 117, the tallest structural building in China. The elevation has thus reached to a height of 502m.

Goldin Finance 117, the largest super high-rise building in the world in building area, has the total building area of 847,000 sqm with 117 floors above ground. The main structure is to be top-sealed this year, and will become China’s tallest structural building with the height of 597m.

Construction began in 2008, and the building was scheduled to be completed in 2014, becoming the second tallest building in China, surpassing the Shanghai World Financial Center. In late January 2010 it was announced that construction had been suspended. Construction resumed in 2011, with completion estimated in 2016.
